Orders and Cancellation Policy

All products sold on MustangBodyKit.com are custom-made fiberglass parts designed for vintage cars. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. This is because materials needed to fulfill your order are purchased immediately, and production begins without delay.

Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if an item is damaged due to quality or craftsmanship, we will exchange the item. Customers must email their concern to sales@mustangbodykit.com within 14 days of receiving their order. MustangBodyKit.com reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the product is not returned in its original condition.

Shipping and Freight

All freight is fully insured. In the event of loss or damage during shipping, we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Import Fees and Customs Duties

All import fees, including customs duties and associated charges, must be paid by the importer/buyer. MustangBodyKit.com does not assume responsibility for these costs.
